Hi, Everyone, Once again summer is around the corner. Be prepared! First of all your skin is usually more oily in the summer. You may want to down size your moisturizer. Cellular DayCream is a great option, light and effective. It is a good time to get a peel , to get rid of all the dead skin, so you will glow. You can get a professional peel from an esthetician or do it at home;Glycolic Acid has profession strength 20% 35% 50%. Home program Glycolic strengths are 5% 10% 15%.If you have sensitive skin start with 5%,and gradually working up to 10% or possibly 15%.These strength come oil-free(acne,pigmentation oily skin) and moisturizing(anti-aging, pigmentation, uneven skin, rid fine lines..Of course, be sure to use at good sunscreen, 30 SPF on your face ,neck, and hands, especially in the car. Wear gloves while driving to protect your hands, and wear a scarf for more protection. Check out my SPF 30 Moisturizing Sun Cream.Have a safe, happy and blessed summer.

Here we are coming into fall and winter whether, time to change your skin routine.First of all up your moisturizer. You will need a more nourishing moisturizer in the day and a regenerating night cream(Hydrating Cream and MSMNight Repair) I suggest and it is a good idea to use serum and or regenerating oil )I suggest Bio Active Serum, Dry Time Oil with MSM,CoQ10 and Carrot Oil)The oils penetrate and the cream protects your skin. Don't forget about your hand , feet and body(Glycolic Body Smoother and Dry Time Oil with MSM and CoQ10). I wish you all a wonderful holiday season.Blessings, Lindy

Hi everyone, So summer so summer is here. Don't let cloudy days fool you. You can burn easier on a cloudy day then a sunny day. A false sense of security, thinking you don't need sunscreen, You need sunscreen, don't forget your neck, chest and hands. A good idea is to wear gloves in the car to keep brown spots away. While you are in the car you hands get direct sun on them, sun spotted hands are aging. Don't forget a SPF hat, again, even in the shade. Enjoy and Blessings for a safe summer.
