It is important to keep your skin moist and plump. In the days of winter be sure to keep drinking water, even though you are not as thirsty in cold weather. You also need to up your moisturizers, your skin gets chapped and dry in the cold. Use a Bio-Active Serum in the morning under moisturizer. At night use Carrot Oil under your night cream to keep your skin soft and healthy.

In my business I see peoples habits. There is one habit that causes scars, brown spots and discoloration. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE!! You spread bacteria, and if you pick a pimple, it gets infected and a mark can stay for years or even forever. If you can't get a proper facial, put warm water on it, bringing it up to the surface then dot clay mask to draw it up more ,you can even sleep with the dot on your pimple overnight.(cellular clay mask)for best results. If you go to a facial person, be sure they know how the extract, many estheticians use the old steam and squeeze method. The steam just create's more oil trapped underneath your skin and dry on top. This makes for more pimples because of the production of oil. Also, When you squeeze pimples with your fingers you get part of the pimple out, but the root of it goes underneath the skin and you can feel there is still something there. Please contact me if you need a skin care specialist.for facials and/or products,I am happy to answer your questions. Lindy's Healing Facials and Naturally Lindy Skin Care. Blessings to all!!
